Congratulations to Dr. Sophia Drakoupoulou for her succesfull PhD defense in Physics at UNIMORE entitled: Growth, morphology and electronic response of organic field effect transistors in the solid state and in electrolyte.

Dr. Drakopoulou is an ESR in Marie Curie Skłodowska European Training Network (MSCA-ITN-ETN) SPM2.0.

At LEO lab she perfomed fabrication and electrical characterization of OFET and EGOFET with different Pentacene channel thicknesses. By performing morphological characterization with Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), she correlated the film thickness and the electrical performances of the devices.
