On Saturday, May 16, at 10:30 am, Matteo Sensi, researcher at LEO, will present a talk at the Conference Hall of Palazzo Plenipotenziario in Mantova as part of the Food&Science Festival 2026.
In the speech he will talk about how technology can help us ensure the quality of food products, with a focus on the use of biosensors for monitoring freshness and food safety
It will also be an opportunity to share the knowledge gained from various European projects, including the recent AQUAPACK.
