From 16 to 18 September, the LEO group took part in OrBItaly 2026, the conference on organic electronics and bioelectronics held at Convitto Palmieri in Lecce
During the event, Prof. Fabio Biscarini chaired the session dedicated to biosensing while Prof. Carlo Augusto Bortolotti delivered the invited talk “Electrolyte Gated Organic Transistors for Personalized Medicine”.
Dr. Marcello Berto presented the oral contribution “Detection of PFAS with Electrolyte-Gated Organic Transistor Sensors Through Fluorophobic Effect.” PhD student Rian Zanotti presented the poster “The Role of Energy Disorder on the Effective Capacitance of Electrolyte-Gated Organic Transistors.”
The conference provided a valuable opportunity to share LEO’s latest research and exchange ideas with the national and international organic bioelectronics community.
