We welcome Jéssica Nayara Patrzyk from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) in Curitiba (BR) at LEO.

Jéssica is a PhD student and her research focuses on organic electronics, electrolyte-gated transistors, and neuromorphic devices based on sustainable materials.

During her Master’s research, she developed honey-gated transistors using P3HT and sustainable electrolytes, investigating how electrolyte engineering can control the transition between EGOFET and OECT operation modes.

At LEO, she will work on honey-gated organic transistors, studying the influence of different ions and electrolyte compositions on transistor performance and artificial synaptic behavior.
